Using Zinc to Increase Ejaculation Volume

If you’re thinking about using zinc to increase ejaculation volume, you’ve come to the right place.

Read on to learn why you need zinc, how to tell if you’re deficient and how much you should take if you are.

Let’s get started…

For most men, there are two components to sex. On the one hand, you have potency.

This is a combination of sexual health and confidence. It ties into your ability to perform, satisfy your partner, and receive pleasure.

On the other hand, you have fertility. This relates to your sperm count, the quality of your loads, and the overall health of your semen.

So, when we talk about potency, one of the first things to come to mind is ejaculation volume.

It’s simply math: the more volume, the more potent the man.

Factors That Influence Ejaculation Volume

Now, there are a ton of factors that influence how much semen or sperm you ejaculate.

Depending on how often you have sex, your hydration levels…

Your booze consumption and your overall physical health, your loads could range anywhere between 1.25 and 5 ml per orgasm.

However, it’s possible to not only hit that “5 ml” mark every time, but even exceed it – pushing your average pop into “porn star’ territory.

As you’ll see in this article, there’s one major mineral that might be the key to bigger, stronger, more pleasurable ejaculations.

Zinc Increases Semen Production (If You’re Deficient)

Zinc is what science calls an “essential trace element.”

Like calcium, potassium, and sodium, zinc is technically a mineral, and it plays a significant role in your overall health.

This can be problematic, because our bodies don’t actually store excess zinc. That’s why we need to consume it regularly to avoid falling into the deficiency zone.

According to research, zinc deficiency can lead to a lack of physical development, short stature, reduced ability to taste food, hair loss, delayed sexual maturation, and even impotence.

In fact, some studies show that lacking proper zinc levels can actually keep your testes from working properly, which can drastically impact semen production.

Of course, if you want bigger loads, your testicles your seminal vesicles and your prostate need to be operating at full capacity.

After all, they are primarily responsible for the health, quality, and – yes – quantity of the semen you ejaculate.

So, if you’re noticing that your eruptions are more “old hose” than “old faithful,” using zinc to increase ejaculation volume may be a good plan of action.

But as I mentioned, zinc isn’t always a direct route to becoming Peter North.

In fact, those same studies that purport the benefits of zinc are very careful to mention that these benefits only apply to men who were in deficiency.

This means that those of you who are maxed out on zinc already will need to look elsewhere to increase your output of baby batter.

Testing for Zinc Deficiency at Home

Some of the symptoms of zinc deficiency are weight loss, wounds that don’t properly heal, a lack of alertness, decreased sense of taste or smell, and stomach problems like diarrhea.

However, not everyone with a zinc deficiency presents any or all of these symptoms.

A quick and easy way to test for zinc deficiency at home is to blend 40 – 50 mg’s of zinc sulphate into 4 ounces of water, then drink it up.

If it has a mildly sweet taste or just tastes like plain water going down, you’re almost certainly low on zinc.

On the other hand, if it has a strong metallic, harsh or unpleasant taste, your zinc levels are probably already dialed in.

For further confirmation, check for white spots on your fingernails and pay particular attention to your sense of taste and smell.

If you have white spots or your sense of smell or taste have deteriorated, these are solid clues that you need to up your zinc intake.

Dietary Zinc to Increase Ejaculation Volume

If you do turn out to be deficient in zinc, there’s good news and bad news to consider. The bad news is that you will either need to change your diet or take supplements.

The good news is that you may have pinpointed a way to increase your ejaculation quality and size with minimal effort and investment.

I suggest you start the natural way: by altering your diet to include more  zinc-rich foods and other nutrients.

Excellent sources include beef, poultry and pork.

Oysters get their reputation as a love potion primarily due to their extremely high levels of zinc.

Crab, lobster and shrimp also contain plenty of zinc, as well as shiitake mushrooms, oatmeal and yogurt.

How Much Zinc to Increase Sperm Volume?

Since zinc is just a mineral, it’s fairly easy to take supplements to help raise your levels.

For men who don’t consume much meat or shellfish, 50 mg’s of zinc will be enough to impact ejaculation volume if you’re deficient.

On the other hand, if you eat plenty of meat or shellfish, you may only need 10 mg’s a day.

To confirm which dosage you need pay attention to the zinc deficiency symptoms described above, or take the zinc deficiency test we just discussed.

If you’re so inclined, you can also have your doctor check your zinc status.

Zinc Supplements for Semen Volume

There are several types of zinc supplements, with the most common and most affordable being zinc gluconate.

However, if you have a bit more money to spend, you can get a better absorption rate from zinc picolinate.

Whichever you choose, I suggest you stick with capsules and tablets and not over-the-counter nasal sprays, which have been known to cause a loss of smell.

Using Zinc to Increase Ejaculation Volume-Conclusion:

Zinc deficiency has been directly tied to low semen volume and a low density of healthy, active sperm.

With supplementation or diet changes, a man who lacks proper levels of zinc may be able to start enjoying bigger, better, healthier loads.

However, if you want to max your pleasure, zinc is just one step in an overarching strategy.
