You can practice scrotum stretching to get that low hanging look if you’d like, but I wouldn’t spend too much time on it just yet.


Because larger testicles needs to be your first priority.

But this doesn’t mean you need to give up on scrotum stretching entirely…you just need to change your strategy a little bit in the beginning stages.

Here’s how you do it…

You need to purchase one of the following devices…

  • Leather Straps
  • Steel Rings
  • Rubber Rings
  • Collars

These devices all work on the same basic premise. You wrap the scrotal skin with the penis above the device, and the testicles below.

Some of these straps and rings allow you to attach weights in order to increase the tension and pull on the testicles.

This can speed up the process, but also increases the chances of injury.

Over time, the tension created by the device will stretch your scrotum in the same way a balloon would stretch if you were to gently pull on it for an extended period of time.

Ball Stretching Tips!


Your testicles drop down away from your body when warmed in order to keep your sperm at or below 97 degrees…and you can use this to your advantage…

Because warm testicles are more flexible and pliable.

So make it a point to take a warm shower, or wrap your testicles in a warm towel before every stretching session.


It’s not the amount of force you apply that counts, it’s time multiplied over many weeks and months.

In other words, you can’t get this done in 5 minutes a day.

If you can’t commit to several hours a day, then don’t even bother because you won’t get the results you’re looking for.

Does scrotum stretching work?

Yes, but like I said, it takes lots of time. This is a long gradual process, that should never be rushed.

Strapping too tight, or using too much weight can cause injury to the testicles and to the plumbing inside your scrotum.

There have been many reports of serious injury requiring medical intervention, and even surgery to repair damage caused by these techniques.

Once again, this is a gradual, slow, long process so you shouldn’t be thinking in terms of days or weeks, but months or even years.

Here’s The Bottom Line:

If you’re highly motivated to develop lower hanging balls, scrotum stretching will get you there.

Personally, I believe that a simple Penis Enlargement routine would be a better use of your time, because it’s less of a time commitment and you’ll experience gains much faster.

Think about it…
