Penis Foreshadowing

(Article Medically Reviewed By Dr. Zach Hyde)

Penis foreshadowing happens to most men as they begin to age and accumulate body fat.

You enter your 30s, and suddenly that youthful metabolism you’ve enjoyed since puberty grinds to a halt.

Once this happens, it doesn’t take long to start developing the infamous middle-aged “beer gut,” whether you drink beer or not.

But when it comes to your new belly, there’s more to worry about than just aesthetics.

You see, fat buildup around your penis can cause it to look (and feel) much smaller.

Left untreated, this fat can engulf your penile shaft, leading to an ugly condition known as penile atrophy

In this article, we’ll discuss how and why this happens, while detailing exactly what you need to do to prevent it.

Male Weight Gain & Testosterone

As we age, it can be hard to stay as active as we want.

As we refocus our efforts on our careers, get married, and become parents, we tend to lose sight of our health and fitness goals.

But there’s more contributing to the “battle of the bulge” than just laziness. Important sex hormones are also starting to decrease.

The primary culprit here is testosterone.

Indeed, many medical studies have revealed how our testosterone levels start to decline after 30.

Some, like this NICHD study, describe this “hypogonadism” as being directly tied with age.

This sudden decrease in our T levels has a number of effects, including a loss of muscle mass, a decline in sex drive, and feminine fat distribution.

Combine this problem with age-related increases in stress hormones like cortisol and  hormones like estrogen, and putting on weight becomes all but inevitable.

In fact, in the case of estrogen, a Cornell study revealed that elevated levels can actually lead to the development of breast tissue in men.

Even for confident guys, this can be a big problem come swimsuit season.

Fat Storage and Sexual Health

Like women, all men tend to gain fat differently.

However, the vast majority of us will see excess subcutaneous fat stored in our buttocks, thighs, and stomach area.

In other men, the fatty deposits will take up residence in the lower abdomen, just above the penis.

When this happens, it can lead to the formation of a wall of tissue known as a “fat pad.”

This pad extends outwards as it grows and eventually engulfs the shaft of the penis, which extends well into the abdominal cavity.

This makes the penis look shorter, and can also start to put pressure on the veins and arteries that supply our genitals with blood.

Eventually, this inward pressure combined with accumulation of fat over the pubic region covers the penis in fat tissue so you can’t even see it.

This is known as “Penis Foreshadowing,” and it can drastically affect both your self-esteem and your performance.

At this point, everything I’m describing is fully reversible with changes in diet, all-natural hormone protocols and exercise.

However, allowing this condition to persist can cause serious health issues.

You see, researchers claim that you lose a full inch of penile length with every 30 to 50 pounds of weight you gain.

And if your stomach continues to balloon, it’s possible to develop a condition known as “buried penis.”

Buried penis is when the penis becomes completely immersed in body fat.

According to one study, it almost always needs to be resolved via surgery, and even that doesn’t provide a guarantee you’ll regain full function.

You see, during the time that your penis is engulfed, you won’t be having regular erections.

To make matters worse, your penis will not be fed adequate volumes of oxygen-rich blood and other nutrients.

This puts you at risk of severe penile atrophy, which causes permanent tissue damage, shrinkage and outright impotence.

How to Reverse Penis Foreshadowing

Foreshadowing is your body warning you that your sexual health is in grave danger.

If you fail to reverse the process, you may put yourself at serious risk of serious sexual dysfunction.

Even a moderate fat pad can cost you an inch of length, which is often enough to render you less confident in the bedroom.

Fortunately, you can take some deliberate steps to reverse foreshadowing before it starts to have any sex-sapping effects.

For instance:

Get Your Testosterone Back on Track

The main reason why you’re developing that fat pad in the first place is that your body’s testosterone levels are declining

To get them back where they need to be, you should start taking proven testosterone boosting supplements.

You should also avoid foods that promote estrogen like flax, licorice and soy and replace them with tuna, pastured eggs and grass-fed beef.

Cruciferous veggies like broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower, as well as DIM will prevent your body from converting testosterone into estrogen.

And fewer trips to the drive thru will eliminate those calorie bombs that your fat pad needs to survive.

Perform Anabolic Exercise

As you build lean muscle mass, your body will become more anabolic and will stop storing body fat in all the wrong places.

HIIT exercise and weight training will create this anabolism faster and more effectively than any other exercise protocol.

This happens because your body responds with increased testosterone and growth hormone production when you go hard.

This will shift you from a catabolic state to an anabolic state which will dramatically alter the way you store body fat.

This is a big key to losing the fad pad that blocks your view of your penis.

The ideal exercise program would be to lift two times a week and do interval training twice more.

The good news is, these routines can be done in 20 minutes or less.

Have More Sex With Your Partner

As your testosterone levels increase and your physical health improves, your sex drive should start to ratchet up.

When your libido returns, make sure you put it to good use! A healthy sex life is essential to avoiding shrinkage, ED and atrophy.

A study out of Finland found that men who had sex less often than once a week had a 50% higher chance of developing ED, compared to men who humped more frequently.

Another study out of Sydney Australia found a strong link between lack of sexual activity and lack of testosterone in a mans blood.

Quote:

“The reduction in sexual function was strongly associated with reduction in serum testosterone levels in our study,”

When it comes to reproductive fitness, Use It Or Lose is a fact.

Penis Foreshadowing Conclusion:

From stress and lack of exercise to reduced testosterone and poor diet, there are tons of factors that can lead you down the road to foreshadowing.

Ignore the warning, and you might be waving “goodbye” to the penis you know and love.

So, when that fad pad starts to rear its ugly head, take time to get in the gym, fix your diet, and address your testosterone levels before it’s too late.

Remember, it’s called “foreshadowing” for a reason. And trust me, you don’t want to see how this tragic story ends.
