Does Testicle Massage Increase Testosterone Levels?

Healthy, normal testicles produce somewhere between 4 and 7 mg’s of testosterone a day.

But way too many men are only producing around 1-2 mg’s of testosterone daily.

How To Perform A Testicle Massage Routine:

The first thing you need to do is warm up your scrotum so you can get a good stretch, so apply a hot wrap to your testicles for several minutes, using a towel or wash cloth.

(if you perform your routine in a warm shower, you can skip this step).

Once the skin of your scrotum is nice and loose…

Grasp around the base of your testicles with your thumb and forefinger and squeeze until your testicles are tight together above both fingers.

If you can imagine squeezing a half filled water balloon and creating a bubble above your fingers, that’s what you’re looking to do here.

Once you get the grip right, squeeze your testicles a little more and get a nice blood pump going.

You should feel a bit of pressure, but this should not be painful at all.  If you feel pain, you’re squeezing too hard.

Next, take the other hand and apply a small amount of pressure on top of the testicles and massage them in a circular motion.

A water based lube will reduce friction if you have some handy.

While you’re doing the circular motion with one hand, pull down lightly with the other hand that is grasping at the base of your testicles.

This will enhance the stretch and move more blood toward the testis.

Now perform this circular motion for about 3 minutes without stopping.

After the testicle massage is complete, your testis should be stretched out nicely and be hanging much lower than before the stretch.

They should also feel larger than normal due to the increased blood that has circulated into your testicles while performing the exercise.

Once you’re finished, perform the shower cooling or icing method described in my ebook to bring testicle temps down, then wrap things up.

The entire routine should take about 5 minutes, and should be performed several times a week.

If you’re highly motivated, you can do this testicle massage routine on a daily basis for optimal testicle health and fertility. 

If you’ve been having problems with low sex drive, atrophied testicles or weak ejac’s, I recommend doing these every day until you get back on track.

In Part 1 of this article, I focused mainly on the techniques of proper testicular massage. 

Though I mentioned the benefits in passing, I didn’t really focus on how and why massage can contribute to your sexual health.

Here, I want to dive into the details of how regular testicular massage can change your life and why it should be a part of every man’s sexual health routine. 

Testicular Massage to Detect Potential Problems

First and foremost, it is absolutely vital to your well-being that you have lots of hands-on experience with your testes. 

Otherwise, you may not be able to diagnose potential problems. 

You see, there’s a lot more going on down there than many men know.

And part of keeping your balls healthy is regularly screening for cysts, cancer, and other irregularities. 

Basically, if you’re massaging your testicles pretty often, you can learn what’s normal and what’s not. 

This can help you avoid being one of those unlucky men who realize far too late that they have a major issue going on. 

So even if you don’t care about any of the other points on this list, I highly recommend you consider regular testicular massage for this reason at least. 

Testicle Massage Improves Circulation 

Just like your penis, your testes thrive on a regular flow of nutrient-rich blood.

However, many men unknowingly suffer from a  condition known as varicocele, which is an enlargement of the veins within your testicles.

Now, you might wonder why larger veins are a bad thing, especially when superior dilation is the goal in many penile health routines. 

Well, in this case, the veins are designed to carry oxygen-depleted blood away from your balls. 

Defective valves inside these veins can malfunction and block this process.

This prevents blood from flowing properly, which causes the veins to balloon up, which cuts off circulation.
